2628531 Primary Facility 2017-07-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I arrived at the site at 9:52. I was accompanied by Matt Shope, DEP O&G WQS during the inspection. The weather conditions were sunny skies, very warm and humid with calm winds and temperatures in the mid to upper 80's. We met with Scott Moyle, Production Foreman of Warren Resources LLC. Heather Burkhart, Regulatory Manager of Warren contacted me on 7/18/17 to inform me of Warren's plans to discharge unimpaired stormwater from secondary containment at this site. On 6/29/17 Ms. Burkhart forwarded an email to to the Department in reference to the intent to discharge unimpacted stormwater. The email stated the following. "A while back we talked about us discharging unimpacted stormwater. We completed the SOP and emailed that to you. Management has left me know that we need to look at this. Up to this point, we put all stormwater in with production water and then sent it to Eureka. We have been accumulating water in the hopes of find a frac company to complete an unfinished well.
