Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. Corrosion was in the form of superficial rust. There was a gauge for tubing reading 272 psi. Most of the cellar was filled to surface with gravel, but 1/2 was not completely to surface and was filled with water. No bubbles were noticed. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the entrance to the lease. There was 1 tank within a lined, steel dike. There was also a line heater, separator, and some other production equipment on the pad.
