PERMIT NUMBER WAS MISSING FROM SITE ID SIGN.

EVEN THOUGH THE INCIDENT DIDN'T HAPPEN ON HIS WATCH, I GAVE HIM MY CARD AND ASKED HIM TO NOTIFY ME IN THE FUTURE, PRIOR TO PLUGGING BACK AND DRILLING AROUND TOOLS. I WILL STOP BACK TO TALK TO THE OTHER TOOLPUSHER MIKE, AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS OUR POSITON ON PLUGGING BACK AND DEVIATION.
