2851630 Primary Facility 2019-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well appeared to be in production. The well is a approximate 6" diameter casing out of the ground with an approximate 5" x 2" x 2" tee (t) style hammer fitting threaded onto the top of the fitting out of the ground. On one side of the tee fitting is an approximate 2" diameter valve that at this time appears to be used for a vent. On the other side of the tee fitting is an approximate 2" diameter valve that is open and attached to a production / flow line going away from the wellhead assembly to the separator, then the meter and then into the ground. No violations noted at this inspection.
