2576094 Primary Facility 2017-03-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection of the Bretzius Imp Tract 1 (107-20001) and Bretzius Imp Tract 2 (107-20002) wells in Reilly Twp., Schuylkill County conducted Friday, March 24, 2017 at 10:30 am. From Rt. 209(N) I turned onto right onto Flicker Rd. This road was unnavigable by car after the fork in the road near the camp. I pulled over and walked south on Flicker Rd. a half mile to the approximate well locations. If you are on the path that goes up to the pond, the wells are down in a ravine Southeast of the path. I could see the wells from the path this time of year. At the time of inspection; the ground was snow covered. Both wells were shut-in on 4 ½” production casing with 4 ½” x 2” casing swage, 2” ball valve and a bull plug. The production casing on both wells came up from a large concrete slab where they must have cemented the cellar. No other casing visible. These wells are coalbed methane wells drilled in the 1970’s (pre-act) by US Bureau of Mines, an agency which dissolved in 1996. See well records on file for well cons
