1813604 Primary Facility 2009-07-16 Drilling/Alteration Violation(s) Noted At time of inspection GS rig 11 on site. Paul was Company Man at time of inspection. According to company man they had just set surface casing at 943' with 480 sks of Class A cement with 50 bbls return to surface. The crew was getting ready to drill out the shoe with a 8-3/4 insert bit. A 16" Conductor pipe was set at 70'. According to drillers log, water was encountered at the following depths(1"stream/200', 2"stream/310', 4"stream/445'). BOP's were tested Blind rams-250 and pipe rams 3000. Annular was tested at 250/2500 and casing tested to 2400 psi. Co. Man walked sit with me and showed me a small tear in pit liner near bottom of pit which was visible. Co. Man also indicated a second tear which was under water at the time and could not be seen. Co. Man indicated tears would be patched ASAP.
1815140 Primary Facility 2009-07-22 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived on site to complete follow up inspection of liner repair. I met with the Company Man (Paul), who accompanied me during the inspection. The areas of the pit liner which were previously torn, had been patched. No other tears were visible at the time of inspection.
1820620 Primary Facility 2009-08-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted An existing road was used to access the well site. The Site ID and E/S Plan were present at the entrance of the access road. All E/S controls appeared to be in place and working appropriately. According to Company Man on site, they were in the process of logging the hole. Depth of drilling had reached TD of 7435'. The Company Man stated that 4-1/2" production casing was set at 7365'. A total of 780 sks of Class A cement was pumped downhole with 15% excess and good return to surface. Once logging is complete, the Company Man indicated that the rig will be skidding over to the next well on location. Drilling of the next well was anticipated to be started over the weekend.
