2841938 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-19 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Wilcox Well Pad in Covington Twp, Tioga County on 2/19/2019 at 1030 hours. The weather was clear and 19 degrees. The majority of the pad was snow covered. This site was just recently acquired by Repsol from Tenaska Resources.
The site has one producing well onsite (WILCOX 1). The site ID sign was observed at the entrance of the access road. The onsite inspection log was found in the mailbox by the gate along with the original E&S Plan. The last inspection was conducted by company personnel on 2/14/2019. The site appears well vegetated and stabilized. Some erosion was seen at the small crossing on the access road. See photo #7, 8, & 9. No evidence of spills were observed and containment structures appeared intact and functional. The site is reported in the plan as 4.2 acres. The erosion along the access road should be repaired. The DEP is requesting a plan to achieve compliance with the restoration requirements, including a schedule of the planned activitie |
