2852300 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Pazzaglia 507 Well Pad in Rutland Twp, Tioga County on 3/12/2019 at 1110 hours. The weather was cloudy and 28 degrees. The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The inspection log was found in the mailbox by the production tanks. Company personnel last inspected the site on 3/12/2019, noting no issues.

There are currently 6 producing wells onsite (1H-6H). The pad remains well vegetated and stabilized. No evidence of spills, releases, or erosion was noted today. The landowner used the surrounding fields for corn last year. No PCSM BMPs onsite. The containment on the production tanks appears to be intact(moderate corrosion present) and functioning.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1155 hours.
