The site was idle. No additional construction has occurred since work ceased in late 2015/early 2016. The access road and associated erosion and sedimentation (E&S) controls remain in place. The site was partially snow covered. Some vegetative growth was observed on the topsoil stockpile and the infiltration berms. No evidence of erosion was noted. The 4H well permit was renewed and will expire on 10/13/17. The last routine E&S inspection was conducted on 3/22/17. No violations were cited during this inspection. Southwestern has reported the status of the Long Run Timber B 6H well as "Operator Reported Not Drilled" and the permit expired on 8/11/16. The 4H permit was renewed last year and expires on 10/13/17. The last routine E&S inspection was conducted on 9/26/17. No violations were cited during this inspection.
