2773653 Primary Facility 2018-09-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Mcnary 132-1 is listed as active in eFacts but has no production tank or separating unit attached. There was some old piping exposed that was disconnected and could of been for a separator or tank at one time. The well could possibly feed a residence close by in the area but that is unknown at this time.

There were no signs of brine release, sediment. erosion or any environmental issues observed.

The well head did not have a tag. The well was located and identified by using GPS and mapping tool. The operator will need to attach a tag ASAP in order to avoid a penalty.

A follow up inspection will be conducted to ensure the well is properly marked and identified.
