2293231 Primary Facility 2014-08-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well was inspected concurrently with ESX09-125-0003 Engel Well Site, Site 716913. Well was properly labeled. Temporary stabilization appeared adequate. Incipient erosion trails were noted on the access road. Production fluids were contained and no leaks to the environment were evident. Containment under one chemical injector had a substantial quantity of fluid. Department recommends containment under chemical injection tanks be emptied and road be maintained.
2410019 Primary Facility 2015-08-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2756760 Primary Facility 2018-07-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/26/2018 at approximately 1145, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Engel Well Pad in Cecil Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign at the site entrance was in good condition. The production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition. The GPUs were in good condition. The 9H well had standing water with a sheen on the surface which was determined to be related to iron bacteria. Otherwise, all wells appeared to be in good condition.

No violations were found during this inspection.
