2706663 Primary Facility 2018-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Parees well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2760738 Primary Facility 2018-08-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/6/2018 at approximately 1030, I performed a routine inspection of the Parees Well Site located in Robinson Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells onsite were marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were in secondary containment and in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetation growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
