The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection related to a reported slope failure by the operator.

The well pad and access road are in good condition.

The Act 9 and well permit sign at the entrance are present and legible.

The operator reported a slide in the cut slope up gradient from the sediment trap on site. The slide has not entered or impacted the sediment trap at time of inspection. The operator plans to continue to monitor the slide and stability of the site. The operator has permitted to drill new wells on the site. The operator has submitted a modification to the original ESCGP1 permit for a larger restoration well pad and to construct PCSM structures.

5 wells have been drilled to completion on the site and are equipped for production.

2747989 Primary Facility 2018-06-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 19, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources, Hamilton well pad. The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection during construction of the PCSMs.

The well pad and access road are in good condition.

The Act 9 and well permit sign at the entrance are present and legible.

The operator has installed the E&S BMPs associated with the installation of PCSMs. The operator has permitted to drill new wells on the site. The operator has obtained a modification to the original ESCGP1 permit for a larger restoration well pad and to construct PCSM structures.

5 wells have been drilled to completion on the site and are equipped for production.

2774269 Primary Facility 2018-09-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On September 11, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources, Hamilton well pad. The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection is routine inspection related to a well site restoration report sent by the operator.

The site has been restored to the interim restoration plan. The site is stable and vegetation has begun to grow on PCSM construction and slide repairs.

The well pad and access road are in good condition.

The Act 9 and well permit sign at the entrance are present and legible.

The operator has installed the PCSMs for the site. The operator has permitted to drill new wells on the site. The operator had obtained a modification to the original ESCGP1 permit for a larger restoration well pad and to construct PCSM structures.
