The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection related to a reported slope failure by the operator.
The well pad and access road are in good condition. The Act 9 and well permit sign at the entrance are present and legible. The operator reported a slide in the cut slope up gradient from the sediment trap on site. The slide has not entered or impacted the sediment trap at time of inspection. The operator plans to continue to monitor the slide and stability of the site. The operator has permitted to drill new wells on the site. The operator has submitted a modification to the original ESCGP1 permit for a larger restoration well pad and to construct PCSM structures. 5 wells have been drilled to completion on the site and are equipped for production. |
