The well access road and well pad are in good condition. The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover. The operator has requested to realign the restored well pad size and shape to accommodate the location of production equipment on the site. The operator will change the shape of the well pad as well as decrease the non permeable surface area. The Department reviewed the minor modification to the ESCGP1 permit restoration plan. 5 wells have been drilled to completion on site and are equipped for production. |

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road was maintained and in good condition. The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained no leaks or defects observed. The production tanks were in good condition no defects or leaks.The production tanks secondary containment was intact. |
