2467086 | Primary Facility | 2016-03-22 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Cellar Tech auger rig
Drilled a 30” wellbore and set 26” conductor casing at 40 ft. on 3/17/16. |
2488874 | Primary Facility | 2016-05-27 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #6
Moved onto this well on 5/26/16 and resumed drilling at 60 ft. KB. The 18 5/8” casing was set at 676 ft. The operator attempted to cement casing to surface but was unable to do so. Some cement was left inside the casing. The estimated TOC in the annular space was at approximately 180 ft. Currently at 726 ft. and waiting on cement truck to grout casing to surface. Please include all future activity on this well on the well record and competition report. |
2490602 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-03 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #6
The 13 3/8” casing was set at 935 ft. on 5/28/16 and cemented to surface with 38 bbls returned. Coal was found from 885 ft. to 891 ft. A basket was set at 855 ft. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 2573 ft. on 5/30/16 and cemented to surface with 40 bbls returned. A Casing Annulus Packer was set in the 9 5/8” casing string at 1775 ft. The operator stopped drilling at 2623 ft. and will resume at a later date. |
2493265 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-15 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #6
The operator reentered this well on 6/8/16 and resumed drilling at 2623 ft. KOP was at 2902 ft. TD was at 6046 ft. on 6/11/16. |
2704986 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-07 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Cogar well pad and the following was observed.
Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. EQT currently has a rig on site and is drilling 1 of 6 new wells. The well heads onsite are contained inside subsurface vaults covered with equipment for the drilling process and could not be visually inspected. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained. The site had some stabilization issues on the SW side of the access road. I there was some slides forming inside and outside the LOD. I spoke with Brian Morris from EQT about the issue and we arranged a site inspection on 3/13/18 at 1:30pm to discuss the plan for stabilizing that area. |
