The 13 3/8” casing was set at 627 ft. on 3/26/17 and grouted to surface above a basket. Coal was found from 582 ft. to 592 ft. A basket was set at 562 ft. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 2045 ft. on 3/28/17 and cemented to surface with 18 bbls returned. Currently at2747 ft. and testing new hammer bit prior to TIH.

Moved onto this well on 5/31/17 and resumed drilling at 6814 ft. MD KB. KOP was at 6975 ft. MD (6935 ft. TVD). EOB was at 8084 ft. MD (7542 ft. TVD). TD was at 20,688 ft. MD (7371 ft. TVD) on 6/3/17. The 5 ½” casing was set at 20,674 ft. Estimated TOC is at 1980 ft.

2666858 Primary Facility 2017-11-30 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted On 11/30/17 an incident inspection of the Master Splinter well site was conducted in response a spill reported by the operator. The following was observed:

>>The operator reported that a hole developed in a vac box/hose while transferring brine resulting in a spill of roughly 10 gallons outside of containment. Impacted pad materials were promptly removed and placed in disposal boxes on site. While this constitutes a violation of 5 Pa. Code 78.54 in that drilling fluids were spilled the violation is regarded as immediately corrected.

>>Multiple containment units around the site were noted to be damaged. Prompt repair of damage is strongly recommended. No violation.

2704675 Primary Facility 2018-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 3/8/18 an incident inspection was conducted of the Master Splinter well site in response to concerns regarding a report of a waste container testing being rejected from standard disposal for excessive radioactivity. The following was observed:

>> The site was in production with no significant activity at the time of inspection. The site was in good condition with no notable issues. No violation.

>>No waste containers were present on site at the time of inspection. No site personnel present were able to discuss the incident.
