2824668 Primary Facility 2019-01-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the John Elliot well pad. The site was stable and PCSM controls were installed. Currently the site has an air rig on site drilling the vertical bores. This site is not producing at this time. Temporary secondary containment has been installed and is intact. No violation noted.
2829392 Primary Facility 2019-01-18 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #27 moved onto this well on 1/14/19 and resumed drilling at 51 ft. KB. The 20" casing was set at 482 ft. on 1/14/19 and cemented to surface with 40 bbls returned. The 13 3/8" casing was set at 809 ft. on 1/15/19 and cemented to surface with 24 bbls returned. Operator drilled to 1970 ft. and had hammer bit break on 1/17/19. Operator ran in hole with magnet and retrieved parts of hammer bit. Operator was unable to retrieve remainder of bit and decided to sidetrack. Kick plug was set from 1970 ft. to 1736 ft. Cemented with open end drill pipe from 1555 ft. Currently TOOH to pick up tri-cone bit.
2835337 Primary Facility 2019-02-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #27 sidetracked around cement plug. The 9 5/8" casing was set at 2274 ft. on 1/21/19 and cemented to surface with 20 bbls returned. TD was at 6500 ft. on 1/23/19.
