Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0983738123 2003-11-18 Orphan No Violations Insp. w/ J Fry and was requested by Central Office. Well is currently being used for home heating at Dugan house. Well is on land owned by Mrs. Hunter (Pleasant Rd?)
1355165481 2012-12-04 Orphan No Violations An inspection was conducted with Mr. Jeff Fry to verify the status of this well. During the inspection, it was noted that natural gas was being received from this well even though the well remained listed under cancelled Owner No. 1073, B&B Enterprise (a/k/a Raymond Branham). The well consisted of 8 casing equipped with a wellhead and 4.5 casing that contained a 4x2 swage on top. From the swage, approx 2 steel line and fittings would allow for the connection into a drip, which also contained a regulator and a gas line. There was no identification displayed at the well. A previous inspection report from 2003 had referenced domestic use by Dugan house and property owned by Mrs. Hunter. Note: The orphan case files will be researched to determine if well had been placed in the program. Furthermore, the owner of property will also be researched and contacted.
