0085907106 | 2012-12-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | Violations Noted | The unit is comprised of a one-tank battery (1 210-barrel). The tank battery is shared with the #310 Unit. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . The loadouts need locked. Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. There is no secondary containment at the tank battery. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. I called Tim Reilly and advised him about the need for loadout locks and a dike. |
0470718091 | 2018-04-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as a follow-up to a previously-issued compliance notice for the following: missing locks on load-lines and missing secondary containment. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: The load lines were locked. However, there remained no secondary containment at the battery, which is located in close proximity to, and up-gradient of a nearby storm water inlet. The owner has made pledges to correct the deficiencies, but with no results at the time of this inspection. The well was shut-in and not in active production. |
0973749021 | 2003-07-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | no visable violation in field. Adminastive voilation bonding. |
1045341775 | 2017-04-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as a follow-up to a previously-issued Compliance Notice. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage. The tank battery was comprised of a 210-barrel steel production tank with separator unit located on a narrow grassy, landscaped area, surrounded by surface roadways and parking for a commercial and light industrial office park development. The battery is shared with the #2-0210 well. Load-lines had been secured with locks. The company has made no attempt to establish secondary containment around the existing tank battery. There is a storm drain inlet located 40 feet down-gradient from the 210-barrel production tank. The owner has indicated that the deficiencies will be fixed but will not provide a timetable. |
1121075676 | 2009-11-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | There were no violations at the time of inspection. |
1492006692 | 2018-12-03 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted a compliance notice follow-up inspection for compliance notice 85907106, regarding the installation of a dike around the tank battery location. At the time of this inspection, the well was not in production and equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. The dike has not been installed around the tank battery. Tank valves and pickup lines were locked and legible up to date signage was present. The tank battery was shared with well 2-0310. |
1493578074 | 2014-02-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | No changes have been made to this unit. The missing secondary containment is unchanged. The load out valve now has a lock. I will discuss a plan for compliance with the well owner. |
1930422077 | 2014-12-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The secondary containment at the battery remains missing at the time of this inspection. Tim Reilly representing Mentor Energy & Resources reports that this issue is being worked on. |
2103931241 | 2015-03-03 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as a routine inspection and follow-up to a previously-issued Compliance Notice for violation of 1501:9-9-05(A)(9) which stipulates the requirement to have secondary containment at tank battery storage . Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery are secure. At the time of this inspection, the well owner has not addressed the existing secondary containment deficiency. |
