The tank battery is shared with twelve other Berea wells and consists of 1-70bbl tank, 1-50 bbl tank and 1-30 bbl tank. There is no identification posted at the wellhead or tank battery, the wells are idle and there is no bond.
1427986956 2015-03-27 Production Wells No Violations I was onsite to conduct a status check with Inspector Kevin Perry. The wellhead is equipped with a shackle line run pumpjack. The well consists of 4.5 casing, 2 tubing and rods. No identification was posted. Well not capable of production.
1522692193 2014-05-08 Orphan No Violations I was on location to perform an orphan inspection. I found during my inspection the well was equipped with a shackle line run pumpjack. The well had a 4.5 casing, 2 tubing and rods. There was no identification signs posted. There was an access point north of the well off of Buck Road; however, the road was over grown with vegetation.
2046489864 2017-05-04 Production Wells Violations Noted The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #6--DOGRM. The well was equipped with a straight line pump jack. No shackle lines to operate the well were present. No audible or visual leaks were identified. The tank battery consisted of four (4) steel production tanks. The tanks were empty. The tanks remained in good repair. I did not observe any holes or leaks. Load out valves were closed. Hatch lids were closed. Correct and legible identification shall be posted at the well head and tank battery within 14 days in accordance with 1501:9-9-05 (A)(10). The well was incapable of production. Under 1509.62 (A)(1) the owner of a well that has no reported production for two consecutive reporting periods as reported in accordance with section 1509.11 of the Revised Code shall plug the well in accordance with section 1509.12. Shawn Watson shall submit a written plugging schedule to Inspector Ken Frye at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, 3575 Forest Lake Drive, Suite 150, Uniontown, OH 44685, within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. Shawn Watson will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
2128693821 2019-01-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to follow-up on compliance notice # 2046489864. RBDMS indicated the Owner reported zero production in 2017. The location remained stable. Correct identification was present. No audible or visual leaks were observed. The tank battery consisted of four (4) steel production tanks. The tanks were empty. The tanks remained in good repair. I did not observe any holes or leaks. Load out valves were closed. Hatch lids were closed. I spoke with Shawn Watson on 01/25/2019 regarding the status of plugging the well. He stated that he was working to finance plug and abandonment on the well.
