Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL10043 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0015276912 2002-10-17 Production Wells No Violations
1518055641 2018-02-05 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 7 inch diameter surface casing with the 4.5 inch diameter production casing hung inside the 7 inch, with pipe clamps. The 4.5 inch production casing has the valve closed and connected to a gas regulator with a 0.25 inch diameter copper line. The 2 inch diameter tubing has the valve in the open position, and the well is produced by means of a plunger lift system. There is (1) 100 barrel steel tank, vertical separator, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current.
