Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0535497009 2018-01-25 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with the valve open and 2 inch diameter tubing with the valve open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine, tubing, and rods. There are (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, a drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current. Vegetation needs to be established along the right-of-way to the wellhead. Erosional ditches have occurred along the path and need to be addressed. Pictures were taken during the inspection. The company will be contacted about the issue.
