Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0780628708 2017-10-12 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the pad to contain two plunger lift wells. Production equipment includes eight 400 barrel production tanks, two vertical seperators, two GPUs, one combustor, one compressor and a vapor recovery system. .
1068370986 2013-09-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the Day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.
1352147766 2012-11-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and cementing of the 13 3/8 surface casing string. Nomac Rig # 39 ran 592 ft of casing in a 17.5 inch well. Halliburton is on site to cement the casing. Halliburton circulated 30 barrels of good cement returns back to surface and into the 1/2 tanks.
1858048456 2016-02-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted are utilizing a plunger lift system. RBDMS production records indicate that the wells are in production.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following:

8 400 bbl. Production tanks 2 Producing wells 2 Sand separators

2 Horizontal heater-treaters 1 combustor 1 compressor 1 Low pressure separator tower/Vapor recovery system unit. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A.
