Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0115688850 2010-05-05 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day with Supervisor Stonerock. This well still idle, Heinrich says not his, landowner, Dean Haught says not his. I would be inclined to believe belongs to Heinrich, as he owns other shallow wells on lease and this is definitely an old shallow well. No IDs, no tank.
0509303705 2006-04-18 Orphan No Violations This well not in production and hasnt produced in long time, appears to be orphan but Heinrich has the other wells of this age on property so feel it probably should be his. Talked to Jack and he says Haught (landowner) always claimed it as his. Right now will consider it orphan. MIKE - need permit no., well no.
