Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0454938976 2013-03-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The rig has reached a total depth of 14100. They intend to run 14076 of 5.5 casing.
1335862486 2013-02-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the well operator took a kick while drilling. The kick resulted in the loss of approximately 4 bbl of 11.1 pound oil based drilling mud. A small amount of the fluid left containment. I told the operator to remove all straw and leaf cover that was affected. Badger and Zemba Bros. have crews on site to clean up.
1503583992 2017-08-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a Cameron production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge reads 0 pounds per square inch on the annulus between the 5.5 inch diameter production casing and the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing. A gauge reads 0 pounds per square inch on the annulus between the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing and the 13.375 inch diameter intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of six 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment. A vapor recovery system to capture tank vapors consisted of one vent scrubber and one combustor. Three sand traps, three gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, and one indirect line heater were located on the east side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead.
1693025857 2017-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a producing well. There are three wells on this pad and the pad is named NBL 11. During my inspection the well is equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of eight 400 barrel tanks within containment, three gas processing units, one vertical heater treater, and one fire tube reboiler. The vapor recovery system consists of one horizontal separator and one combustor. The production records are current, the identification is located by the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
2053691590 2013-11-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations This well is the same as permit number 34-121-2-4382-00-00. The well site meets the preliminary restoration criteria.
2125403656 2018-09-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a Cameron production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present and evaluated. The production equipment consisted of three sand traps, three gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, one indirect line heater, six 400-barrel tanks, one horizontal vent scrubber, and one combustor. The identification stated CNX Gas Company. Ascent will have 60 days after the transfer date to post identification.
