The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one 30 barrel brine tank, one separator and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. Both the pumping unit and tank battery were fenced with chain link and three-strand barbed wire. No violations at this time.
