0200100993 | 2017-01-19 | Orphan | No Violations | I inspected this well location as an evaluation of current site conditions and well status. The well is located in a square, concrete 4 x 4 vault structure. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a 8.625-inch casing the 3-bolt lid and apparent former connections for domestic supply. There was notable gas odor near the vault with meter readings in the range of 10-12% LEL within the vault. The accumulation of water and debris over time has obscured much of the wellhead and associated appurtenances. Access to the well is generally open with 18 feet between the back of the garage and the fence. |
