A dike surrounds the tank battery. Proper identification has been posted at the well and tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery is shared with permit number 2-3222. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |

It was surrounded by the proper dike. The separator had a 7 day production chart. A plug was on the load line and the proper identification sign was posted at the tank. This well shares the tank battery with permit number 2-3222. The lease road was in stable condition. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
