Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000PL9901 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0366546911 2017-07-11 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. At the time of my inspection the well was in production. The pumping unit was moving up and down pumping fluid to the production tank. There is 1-100 barrel tank located at the tank pad. The identification for the well is located on the production tank. There are no violations at this time.
0483013034 2017-03-03 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves on the wellhead are open at the time of inspection. The tank battery for this well is equipped with two (2) 100 barrel steel tanks and a meter with a current chart in it at the time of inspection. There are no issues to report at this time and this well is currently in production.
0684113654 2014-02-04 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Action Follow-up -1306247776: The packer assembly is no longer leaking and the contamination has been removed from the well location.
1306247776 2013-06-17 Production Wells Violations Noted The pumpjack was active upon arrival to location. There is small puddle of brine contamination around the base of the wellhead which has been contained by a small dike. I called Tracy with Temple Oil and gas, and he stated the timber had rotted away from underneath the front of pumpjack which caused movement of the dirt. The packer assembly was damaged by this movement and so they replaced the packer and reset the pumpjack. The operator needs to cleanup the contamination caused by the damaged parts.
1412710457 2013-09-10 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Action Follow-up -1306247776: There is still contamination around the wellhead and someone has thrown down a diaper to absorb some of the mess. There is still sludge layer under absorbant diaper. Tracy with Temple said he would be out to clean up mess and throw down lime and seed.
