Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
00000PL880 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0216120947 2016-05-26 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations Performed pre-exempt domestic well transfer inspection on 05/26/2016 at the request of Will Ziegler and Kathryn Smith. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, and 1-underground brine vault, located within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor, and a compressor. Harley Drilling well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. Attempted to make contact with the landowner at the time of the inspection, but no one was home so a card was left requesting a phone call. Mr. Steele called in the afternoon, and he confirmed that the well is currently hooked-up and being used for domestic gas. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection to prevent the well from being transferred to the landowner.
