Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0501676911 2018-04-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2734. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery was stable through a residential yard. The well head was enclosed by a locked wooden privacy fence that contained correct identification. The 8.625 well head was plumbed above grade and was closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with 2-2695 and 2-3066. The production equipment was positioned inside of a stable earthen dike that was free of fluid. A wooden privacy fence that contained correct identification for all wells produced into the battery was posted on the fence. Equipment on location consisted of three (3) horizontal separators, one (1) 50 bbl steel production tank and one (1) 50 bbl poly brine tank. The separator for well #2-2734 remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. The steel production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed, locked and plugged. The poly tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1091643000 2005-04-28 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery is shared with permit 2695 and consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 2-separators a dike and a fence.
