Production equipment included a vertical separator, 3 domestic gas hookups, a 2 inch meter run with a .5 inch orifice and a chart recorder. The well was capable of production and equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system logically controlled. Production records were up to date and identification was present at the well and on the tank. Updated GPS coordinates are 40.419035 -81.656449 and have been verified with handheld unit. |

Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. The production equipment was being shared with the F. Miller 2 (4143). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
