The well and tank battery are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared with permit number 2-0442.

1418917760 2017-02-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced and locked. The last reported production for this well was in 2015. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 35 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves were open on the separator and the chart showed production. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door, and was shared with well 2-0442. There was proper, legible signage at the tank battery and well locations. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
