0234138271 2016-05-18 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found an 11.75 inch casing, an 8 5/8 X 4 1/2 inch wellhead and a 4 1/2 X 2 3/8 inch wellhead operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 210 bbl. a 30 bbl. plastic brine tank, a vertical separator, and a recording gauge, all in an earthen dike, the tank is properly identified, the production reporting is up to date, and there are no violations at this time.
1772583528 2019-05-07 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by an electric motor. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
2098767919 2015-03-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the date of inspection I found that production equipment includes a 210bbl tank, 30bbl plastic tank, vertical separator, and a drip within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. Tubing and 4.5 inch casing valves are in open position and production results are current. Well passes Preliminary Restoration per 1509.072(A). At the time of my inspection snow covered the ground.
