Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL11536 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
1984936580 2014-05-13 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 05/13/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-1,600 gal plastic tank, and a vertical separator located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. No problems were noted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. While walking to the well along the lease road, I noticed a small area where water was bubbling up and noted an occasional odor of gas. As this location is approximately halfway between the two wells, it may be related to a gas line leak. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of this issue and will address it as soon as possible.
