Operator has put lime down in several spots and had even bought rural water and ran it down hollow to help flush the stream. Landowner reports cows now drinking the water.

- has service rig on. Has wiped out old tank pad and raising it, will install new tanks in next couple day. Good IDs at wells. Well not yet producing so cant clear.

1165364034 2009-05-20 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection this day found this well idle. There is a bucket over the wellhead. There is production casing inside of an old wood conductor pipe. The fittings on the wellhead are disconnected and the 1 gas line is laying off to the side. No identification (ID) signs are posted. Courhouse records show Rob Armstrong owns the land and the well. This well must be bonded and produced or plugged. Proper ID signs must be posted. The well owner must submit annual production. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 1/20/12 - Operator still trying to get pumping unit on well and it should be in production within 6 months.

The well head is hooked up for the production of gas with 1 in. black plastic tubing. No pollution or contamination was observed. Accompanied by Inspector Cindy VanDyke. Compliance notice can be written off.
1374842063 2010-04-01 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day with Sup. Stonerock found well capable of producing with jack, oily mess running downhill about 10 from the well. Stonerock called Rob Armstrong and left message for him to get the mess cleaned up. No IDs at well or tank.
