The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, a plunger lift system and domestic gas service with valves closed on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the domestic gas service. Well identification was present and production records are current.
