1451744225 | 2016-01-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Hall Drilling Rig #5 had drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 1497 feet and ran 1435 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. P-110 intermediate casing. Universal Well Services was on site and gained circulation and pumped 25bbls of gel, 5bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with a lead of 615 sacks of Gas Block cement weighing 14.5ppg with 2% CaCl, .3% CR3 and .25#/sk. of cello flake followed by 490 sacks of Gas Block cement weighing 15.7ppg with 2% CaCl, .3% CR3 and .25#/sk. of cello flake. Cement weight was verified by pressurized mud scales and displaced with 215bls of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 34bbls, plug was landed at 627psi, pressured to 1132psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. Universal left pressure at 627psi and shut-in until wellhead is installed tonight. |
