2629177 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-23 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection of ARD Operating LLC's COP TRACT 252 PAD B on August 23, 2017. No one was onsite during my inspection. The ESCGP covers two Marcellus well pads, COP TRACT 252 PAD A&B.
The 911 sign, drilling permits, emergency response plan, and E&S logs were onsite. There are 2 Marcellus wells drilled on this pad. Well 035-21263 is plugged and is identified with a monument and tagged with the operators contact information and well number. The other well 035-21168 is active. There are two productions onsite and (3) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks located in secondary containment. Just a trace of water was found in the produced fluids containment. The pad remains the original footprint size of 400' x 400'. There is a 25' x 16' access road off Eagletown Road. All temporary BMPs have been removed. The pad is stable and meets 70% vegetative cover. The ESCGP has expired and the well permits have expired. No PCSMs have been installed at this pad. Section 3216(c) of the Oil & Gas Act requires restoration of well |

There is 1 GPU and 2 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. The GPU secondary containment was full (Photo 3). The Department recommends vacuuming out the water when weather permits. No violations noted. |
