2712631	Primary Facility	2018-03-16	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On Friday, March 16, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Harden GH48 conventional gas well site located in Washington Township, Greene County. The access road, the well pad and the production tank pad were all in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation. The earthen berm around the production tanks was observed to be fully vegetated and in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. If fluid is released inside the earthen berm, a violation can be issued. The production tanks appeared to be in good condition. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection.
2845937	Primary Facility	2019-02-15	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On Friday February 15, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the GH48 Vertical Gas Well located in Washington Township, Greene County. The access road, production tank pad and the well pad were in good condition. The earthen berm containment structure around the production tanks, which is located along the access prior to the well location, appeared to be in good condition and was observed to be completely vegetated, inside and outside. The production tanks also appeared to be in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider utilizing secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release of fluid within the berm structure can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification. No violations were identified during the inspection.
