On 1/21/2019 at 1400, a valve leak as a mist was noticed by the operator. The operator approximated that less than 40 gallons of produced water released from a GPU as a result. Specialized Professional Services (SPSI) responded to remediate the impacted area. During the 1/22/2019 inspection, the following was observed:
