Production reports have not been submitted for the well operators inventory. I Spoke with operator on 01/22/2019, regarding section 3222(a) of Act 13(2012 Oil&Gas Act), and the requirement of submitting annual production reports. The reporting deadline of February 15th, for the prior calendar years production, was also discussed with operator. Production report submissions will be checked to assure that operators production reports for the 2018 reporting year were submitted.
