2684722 Primary Facility 2018-01-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection of Pennsylvania General Energy Corporation (PGE) Hess 2073 conventional well on January 19, 2018. This well is enclosed in an unlocked fence. The well is labeled with the operators name, API number, and well permit number. Attached to the well is a pump jack. There was (1) 300 bbl tank and (1) 3,000 gallon methanol tank stationed in a lined earthen containment. The 300 bbl was not labeled. I recommend labeling all tanks. Cattails and other vegetation are growing inside the earthen lined containment. Most of the containment and areas around the well were snow covered. I recommend once weather conditions are better, the well tender inspections the liner within the earthen containment. Based off that inspection, repairs maybe needed within the liner.
2698530 Primary Facility 2018-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 53 Deg. F, cloudy and windy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of PA General Energy, LLC., Hess Pad, Well # 2073 on February 26, 2018. There is 1 producing well on this pad.

Pumpjack unit is disconnected from the well and is out of order. One of the tanks on location is disconnected from the well and is not being in use. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.
