Site had been regraded, however it had not been temporarily stabilized. The Department requests that the operator temporarily stabilize the former well-site in accordance with Chapter 102.22(b) and subsequently seed the site to insure that 70% vegetative cover is achieved during the 2013 growing season. The operator should take into account the apparent strip mine nature of the site when seeding the site.

Site had been regraded and appeared to be stabilized. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the reclaimed site or access road.
