Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1780014 Primary Facility 2009-03-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Marcellus Well, horizontal, moving on to location
1891096 Primary Facility 2010-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 13, 2010 I visited this site for a routine inspection. Also on site was Range Resources E&S Supervisor Jeremy Matinko. Wells 3H and 8H are on the same pad. The wells are in production. The drilling pits had been filled and closed. E&S controls were still in place and functioning. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The site was well vegetated. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the scheduled restoration is complete.
2614844 Primary Facility 2017-05-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Isaac Paxton well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed. The well heads were painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2765670 Primary Facility 2018-08-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/21/2018 at approximately 9:30, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Paxton Isaac 5H/6H and 3H/8/H well pads located in Chartiers Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 signs located at the site entrance were in good condition.
  • Wells on the 5H/6H pad were tagged and appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks on the 5H/6H pad were in secondary containment and in good condition.
  • All GPUs on site appeared to be in good condition.
  • Some garbage was found in the water surrounding the 3H well which should be removed.
  • Rust had accumulated on the production fluid/condensate tanks at the 3H/8H pad. Otherwise, the tanks appeared structurally sound.
  • A spill waste barrel was found on the 5H/6H pad which should be removed.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70 percent vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
