2592106 Primary Facility 2017-05-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the Sierzega Well Pad located in Amwell Township, Washington County.

The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are labelled as required. The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appears to be in good condition and functioning as intended.

No violations were noted during the inspection.

2840791 Primary Facility 2019-02-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/7/2019 at approximately 1200, I conducted a routine inspection of the Sierzega Well Site located in Amwell Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells were clearly marked and appeared in good condition.
  • Production equipment appeared in good condition.
  • Production fluid tanks within secondary containment appeared in good condition.
  • The site appeared stable with no signs of accelerated erosion.

No violations observed during this inspection.
