All wells are also plumbed to a spreader bar on top of an open top tank on liner (Photo #1). Wells 3H, 7H, and 8H also have vertical sand traps near the wellheads. Two double gas processor/driers. No other equipment. Site frozen; light snow. Site ID sign with company and well info, including standard reflective sign with 911 address, posted near road at gated entrance.

Also, related to the ESCGP permit, site restoration was due 3/9/18 based on drilling completion date of 8H. Two double GPUs on site. All wells except 6H have vertical sand traps. All four wells are plumbed to a single 3,000 gal open-top tank on a bermed liner (Photo 1).

2738274 Primary Facility 2018-06-06 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Compliance Evaluation Inspection to address outstanding violation against well 3H (085-24736) for use of an open-top tank to collect/store production water (PA Code 78a.57a). Violation originally noted on inspection from 3/15/18 (ID# 2707011). Operator has installed a fitted cover correcting the violation.

Site restoration violations against the ESCGP permit are still open and will be addressed on a separate inspection when restoration violations are corrected.
