2644273 Primary Facility 2017-09-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On September 21, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company, LLC GU-D-Pad in Herrick Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the pad were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. Both impoundments had more than two feet of freeboard space and had slopes that were well vegetated.

Seven wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled with the appropriate well tags. Bubbling was observed in the well cellar of the 2H well. Rich Herbstritt, Oil & Gas Inspector, was notified of the bubbling via email. The Department also contacted Steve Moyer with SWN. One production tank and seven GPUs were on containment. Containment structures were in good condition. All co
