The Department found that a high percentage of the site has been impacted by the installation and overlap of the Williams Polk Pipeline. Areas outside of the LOD of the pipeline are permanently stabilized. Areas within the LOD of the Polk Pipeline are temporarily stabilized. Hence, since the parts of the Pease site are covered by the Polk Pipeline ESCGP, and since the Pease site outside of the Polk LOD is permanently stabilized, the I recommend this notice of termination be approved. |
