2679392 Primary Facility 2018-01-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 2, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, GU-K-Pad in Stevens Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. SWN had several employees on site working on the GPUs during the inspection.

The site sign, E & S plan and inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was snow covered. PCSM has not been addressed at the site. The Department recommends that SWN continues to follow the schedule and stipulations of the CO&A regarding site restoration.

Seven wells were observed in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and seven GPUs were also on site. No staining was observed on the snow covered pad surface. No conductivity readings were taken due to puddles being frozen.

No violations were observed.
